We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities, and ensures accuracy in all tasks. Responsibilities
-Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
-DOT Compliance: Maintain and track driver qualification files, ensuring compliance with -DOT regulations: Medical Cards & Insurance: Update and track medical cards and insurance information for employees
-Invoicing: Generate, review, and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
-Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Experience in AP/AR, invoicing, and compliance tracking
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software
-Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability
