JOB SUMMARY
This position will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to support the Production and Operations Teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform responsibilities at a high admin level
- Create and record forms for production team and other operation teams.
- Assist in document preparation and PowerPoints for presentations.
- Manage ECMC inspections. Record and distribute to appropriate routes and complete follow up
- Manage inventory tracking and material transfers for the operations team
- Distribute field tickets to appropriate people for approval.
- Maintenance record tracking and filing
- Communicate with outside vendors to resolve invoicing questions or disputes prior to final submittal to OpenInvoice
- General understanding of computer systems used by Production and Operations
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Ensure the safety of the office by maintaining appropriate supplies and following all safety protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 8 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the oil and gas industry.
