Location : Tomahawk, WI 54487
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM (or 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM)
Duration : March 1, 2025 – September 5, 2025
This onsite position requires a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities to ensure process efficiency and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Service & Troubleshooting : Provide sales support, troubleshoot process issues, and manage technical services related to our client pretreatment solutions.
- Inventory & Order Management : Track shipments, monitor inventory levels, order products, and reconcile invoices using ERP systems.
- Process Monitoring & Quality Control : Conduct daily tests and quality audits to ensure processes meet specifications, recording results and providing reports to plant management.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop account management strategies, attend plant meetings, and act as a representative to the customer.
- Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement : Lead site improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and process effectiveness.
- Supplier Coordination : Support Tier 2 supplier interactions and ensure seamless product management at the customer site.
