We're looking for a tech-savvy and customer-oriented individual to join our client's dynamic IT department. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our employees, providing expert support and resolving technical challenges.
What you'll do :
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT issues, from hardware and software problems to network connectivity and security concerns.
Set up and maintain user accounts, workstations, and other IT equipment.
Provide hands-on and remote support to end-users.
Assist with network administration and maintenance.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure.
What you'll need :
Strong technical skills, including experience with Windows / Mac OS, networking, and common software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for helping others and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A relevant degree or equivalent experience.
