POSITION SUMMARY
Travelling Solar Electrical Superintendent oversees field activities on utility-scale solar projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role requires managing crews, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining project schedules. Extensive travel may be required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise electrical construction activities, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other teams and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Resolve onsite challenges and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and workforce performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- OSHA 30 certification and a commitment to safety.
- Experience in solar or industrial construction; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong ability to interpret design drawings and manage schedules.
- Proven leadership overseeing large teams and subcontractors.
