Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This position will be located in our Kennebunk warehouse, in an inviting warm office setting. Hours will be between 7:00am-6:00pm Monday- Saturday. Our shifts will depend on the customer service representives you manage. During the busy season we typically rotate someone on a Saturday, and you would have a corresponding day off during the week. We are looking for someone to manage our customer service department.
Duties:
-Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
-Helping maintain efficiency within the service and delivery department
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products and services
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to upsell ( as booking service calls over the phone for our service dept will be a large part of your job )
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input customer information
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
