About You

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an on-site facilities support role. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. You’ll be responsible for keeping break areas stocked with beverages, snacks, and supplies, preparing coffee, and ensuring all kitchen appliances and dishwashers are clean and functioning. Office supply management will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that materials are always available and neatly organized. Additionally, you’ll assist with receiving and sorting deliveries, helping with outgoing shipments, and ensuring conference rooms are reset and tidy after each meeting.

Beyond maintaining supplies and spaces, you’ll conduct regular walk-throughs of the office to identify and report maintenance issues such as burned-out lights or damaged furniture. You’ll also provide occasional front desk support, troubleshoot AV equipment in meeting rooms, and assist with internal office moves. This role requires a proactive and resourceful mindset, as well as strong multitasking and time-management skills.

About the Role

To succeed in this position, you should have at least two years of experience in an administrative, facilities, or office support role, preferably in a corporate setting. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office systems and have working knowledge about Mac OS. Strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. The role also has physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks such as keyboarding. Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.20 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
