We require a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills to perform various tasks, including filing, data entry, and QuickBooks entries. The ideal candidate will also assist with new hire onboarding, vehicle compliance, and maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with QuickBooks entries (A/R & A/P) and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with new hire onboarding of employees
- Assist with vehicle compliance
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an oilfield office environment and data entry is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
