Applied Equipment Solutions in Salisbury, MD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Manager to oversee the growth and development of newly established territories full-time . This is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and expand our presence within the residential and light commercial HVAC markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and providing strategic HVAC solutions to meet client needs. With a competitive salary structure offering a base salary of $50,000 to $200,000 per year , plus uncapped commission , your earning potential is substantial. GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Territory Manager, you will begin each day by dispatching directly from your home to job sites within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a strong market presence in newly developed areas. You will focus on expanding our footprint in the residential and light commercial sectors, negotiating and positioning HVAC products and services to clients while maintaining high margins.

Throughout the day, you will stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' activities to ensure that we remain the preferred choice for HVAC solutions. You will also manage customer relations, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Additional service areas include Baltimore, MD, and Washington DC.

Minimum Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in HVAC sales
  • 3 years of experience in account management / sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • College degree
  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • Schedule : This full-time position consists of daily travel to job sites within your assigned territory in the Salisbury, MD area. Working Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, you'll enjoy the flexibility of managing your own schedule and operating independently.
