Position Description

The Access Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring team members are trained and granted the appropriate access based on their position and requirements. The Access Management Coordinator will be responsible for verifying that roles being granted are either free of Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict or have mitigating controls in place. The Access Management Coordinator is also responsible for reviewing and approving Firefighter activity review logs in GRC and creating change requests to update SAP roles.

 

  • Understand and follow Applied Medical's Quality Systems (QS) per training.
  • Read, write, speak and communicate effectively with other team members, and comprehend work and safety instructions.
  • Understand and comply with safety rules and Company policies.
  • Receive and respond to phone and email requests for access related assistance and log the request in a Help Desk management system.
  • Analyze access requests and assist the team member in determining what training and access is required.
  • Address access-related requests from internal customers by evaluating and addressing Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts as required.
  • Review and approve Firefighter activity logs in GRC.
  • Deploy all Corporate Application training materials to require team members, as appropriate.
  • Run a report from the Learning Management System daily and grant the appropriate access.
  • Determine and update team member's SAP licenses when appropriate.
  • Evaluate and remove access based on team member's roles.
  • Gather and document requirements for SAP role creation and changes.
  • Collaborate with the Applied Learning and Business Analysis team to coordinate the release of new trainin modules requiring SAP access.
  • Continued learning about information systems.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • Work closely with various team members within the Corporate IT, Corporate Applications team, along with key representatives from internal departments.

  • Able to shift responsibilities/priorities as needed.

  • Must be detail oriented and have effective follow-up skills to complete tasks accurately and timely.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Excel), Windows, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • Understanding of Applied's business practices and policies.

  • Ability to analyze a request and identify a solution with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to identify areas of improvement and streamline processes as needed.
