Job Duties
- Execute precise semiconductor wafer processing, including photolithography, etching, thin film deposition, and metal coating operations.
- Manage and handle delicate semiconductor wafers and optoelectronic components with care.
- Accurately document equipment operations, process conditions, and outcomes to track performance trends, troubleshoot issues, and support yield and throughput improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on developing and optimizing fabrication processes, equipment maintenance protocols, and new product integration.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspace adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Electronics, Physics, Material Science, or closely related technical field; Bachelor's degree highly desirable.
- 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer processing, preferably involving fragile optoelectronic components.
- Demonstrated expertise performing photolithography, metal deposition, etching, and thin-film processes consistently and independently.
- Proficient in interpreting and executing detailed processing instructions and maintaining meticulous documentation.
Preferred Experience
- Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork abilities within multidisciplinary groups.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, emphasizing quality assurance and adherence to safety procedures.
- Familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to shifting priorities and dynamic work requirements.
Security Clearance
- Must be able to obtain US Secret clearance.

Compensation Details
$30.00 - $50.00 per hour plus overtime
