We're looking for a Senior Customer Quality Manager in Quality Assurance for the Semiconductor Industry based in San Jose, California.
If you are a customer-focused Quality Champion with a solid background in semiconductor quality engineering, we want you to join our team! Your role will involve leading and mentoring a high-performing Quality Engineering team, being the technical interface for customers on quality matters, driving corrective and preventive actions for field failures, and collaborating cross-functionally with FAE, Test, Product, and Sales teams. This position offers global exposure with travel opportunities worldwide to customer sites.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Over 10 years of experience in customer quality engineering (integrated circuits)
- Proficiency in 8D problem resolution and semiconductor manufacturing
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
- Previous experience in direct customer interactions and audits
Compensation: $155,000 - $220,000 (inclusive of equity, ESPP, 401K, medical benefits, and more!)
Bonus: Proficiency in Mandarin language is advantageous!
