Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant II will provide principal confidential administrative support to an Executive Director and its management team.
Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 year’s progressively responsible administrative assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare delivery system or a medical office.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit correspondence and reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work with all levels of staff within CHO and externally.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a culturally diverse employee population.
- Handle day to day fiscal matters e.g. expense reports, ordering supplies and with approval by department manager.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritizes work effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and 10 key calculators.
- Ability to take and transcribe accurate minutes.
Education Notes: Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
