Overview:
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for helping the Research Products Talent Acquisition team schedule interviews, follow up with candidates or hiring managers, and enter information into HR systems.
Responsibilities:
Temporary, part time position to support the Talent Acquisition team during a period of growth. Primarily remote role with preference to local candidate who can come onsite if needed.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for helping the Research Products Talent Acquisition team schedule interviews, follow up with candidates or hiring managers, and enter information into HR systems.
- Work with in-house Recruiting team to understand candidate interview requirements or data entry needs
- Check Outlook calendars to find best availability for multi-person interview teams, create agenda based on Recruiter requirements and send invitations
- Follow up with hiring managers to ensure invite acceptance and attendance
- Communicate with job candidates via email and/or phone to confirm details
- Enter information about jobs and candidates into the Applicant Tracking System iCims
- Initiate background checks
- Enter onboarding information into HRIS system Paylocity and follow up with managers, candidates and HR partners to ensure their onboarding actions are complete
- Greet candidates who come onsite to our Madison, WI area locations for final interviews, including downtown Madison, Sun Prairie and Poynette
- High speed internet access to work remotely using company-provided laptop
- Strong communication skills written and verbal

- Ability to communicate schedules and changes to others
- Thrives with juggling many different tasks
- Experience with MicroSoft tools including Outlook, Excel, Word and WebEx
- Valid Driver's license and transportation to Madison, WI area office locations
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally in an 8 hour shift, e.g. moving boxes of gifts or supplies.
- Must be able to verbally communicate and listen to customers in person and over the phone.
