Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, vacuuming and mopping to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Conduct custodial duties in various facilities, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with residential, business, and short term rental cleaning and touch-ups as needed to enhance the appearance of spaces.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial work, porter services, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean work environment.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work when scheduled without missing time from work unless it is absolutely necessary.
