Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform custodial tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices, retail spaces, and other facilities.
- Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with residential, business, and short term rental cleaning projects as needed to enhance the appearance of homes.
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in manufacturing or warehouse settings while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in facilities by regularly checking and restocking supplies.
- Act as a porter by ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized throughout the day.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required.
