Job Description:

- The possibilities of how to manufacture, distribute and use a gift card both physically and digitally are endless. Our role in this ecosystem is to help our clients deliver experiences to their consumers while realizing their revenue objectives.
- We immerse ourselves in a brand, find unique opportunities for growth then outline the program - from design, physical products, digital options, merchandising, market testing, analytics, etc.
- This is a revenue focused role where you will provide essential support to the Advisory and Card Specialist team in managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Your responsibilities include overseeing the complete lifecycle of Closed Loop Prepaid client orders and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving any issues raised by clients or suppliers.
- Your contribution is vital in maintaining the integrity of our client services and supporting our revenue generation efforts.
- Project Management: Oversee gift card production, from quotes to orders, ensuring successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with clients and teams, manage risks, and maintain project control. Handle escalations and negotiations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing leadership to Card Specialists.
- Reporting and Oversight (Deliver portfolio updates and work with finance for accurate billing, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the team.
- This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, project management, and continuous improvement within the portfolio.
- Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate’s degree .
- Industry Experience: A track record in Card Production with a consultative approach. Additional experience in Product Development/Management or Marketing is advantageous.
- Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing projects with a focus on client engagement and relationship building.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a detail-oriented mindset and a clear, precise communication style.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with a wide range of individuals and coordinate efforts across dispersed teams.
- Proactivity: A forward-thinking attitude, adaptable to various work levels, with a focus on achieving outcomes that drive revenue.
- Portfolio Management: Skilled in overseeing a range of projects, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Client Interaction: Experience in engaging with external clients and maintaining a high level of organization and focus.
