Rate Range : $32-$24.15 / Hr

Job Description :

  • The Operations Division is currently seeking high performing individuals with one to three years of work experience who exhibit strong leadership potential, communication skills, attention to detail and a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
  • The Operations Division partners with Sales & Trading, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's Institutional, Retail, and Asset Management businesses by developing strong client relationships, collaborating closely with its business partners supporting and settling transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, to enable to development of new structures, businesses, and markets.
  • Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group, providing operational support to the Bank and Broker / Dealer Lending Products, Deposit Products, Banking Services, Collateral Monitoring, Margin Operations and Vendor Management.

Responsibilities :

  • You will establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to internal teams across multiple securities-based lending products.
  • Internal interaction to include supporting the department's Phone Hotline and answering email correspondence related to the firm's Liquidity Access Line & Express Credit Line lending products. Internal client interactions are provided to Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, Branches, and other internal employees.
  • Successful candidates will have an interest or familiarity in one or more of the following : AML / KYC, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management and Client Services.
  • Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the LAL Telephone Hotline by responding to MS field inquiries such loan status, outstanding issues, and documenting the nature of the phone calls
  • Meet Phone Performance Metrics such as Average Phone Handle Times, Quality / Accuracy, Professionalism, Adherence to Phone Script
  • Review loan application and servicing requests to ensure appropriate information has been provided to conduct a review within Service Level Agreements
  • Communicate all missing information needed to progress the loans in the Pipeline
  • Reconcile and process monetary transactions as needed including the review of daily reports
  • Cross train and be willing to learn new functions outside of your immediate scope in order to flex and provide coverage as needed
  • Train other new team members once you become proficient
  • Ability to accomplish shared goals of the department and the bank
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
  • Skills and Experience

  • We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with one to three years of work experience who possess the following attributes :
  • Required

  • Bachelor's
  • Interest in finance OR 1-3 years' experience with finance MAX
  • This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office attendance is required
  • Ability to work Operational hours starting at 8 : 00 A.M. local time, including occasional weekends and overtime when needed
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and personal accountability
  • Convey disciplined work ethic and have an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude while delivering white collar service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate information to a range of audiences
  • Adaptable team player
  • Detail oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources
  • Ability to proactively contribute towards continued improvements in control, operational efficiency, and industry initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Optional

  • Familiarity with the financial markets and current regulatory landscape
  • Project management experience
  • Business analysis skills
