Aptly Technology is a fast-growing Cloud Service company. This HR position is an essential role for our company.
Responsibility:
- Employee onboarding and off-boarding
- Handbook management and update based on legal requirements
- Answering employee HR-related inquiries
- Immigration documentation support
- Support HR Manager on compliancy tasks
- HR policy training to Aptly and employees
- HR announcements
- Organize Company events
- Make sure the reporting structure is update in Paychex whenever there is personnel change
- Make suggestions to leadership team for compliance and policy updates
Expectations:
- Onboarding new employees and implementing training programs punctuated.
- Maintain employee relationship engagement after onboarding .Follow up with clients/internal employees within one business days.
- Help employees maintain positive relationships with their coworkers and employers. Always remain professional when communicating with clients and other staff members.
- Must submit E-Verify, cloud screening and insurance enrollment within 3 days of hiring without reminders.
- Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels according to the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation
- Represent the organization in a responsible and professional manner.
- Independently to maintain and develop HR policies. Take initiative on starting new projects and creating new ideas that can benefit the company. Maintained a good record of immigration progress for all the candidates.
- Quick learning ability and adapt to develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for the achievement of the company’s objectives and goals.
- Focus on motivating employees by implementing team-building activities or other employee engagement initiatives that help boost morale and improve cooperation
- Updating employee handbooks and communicating changes across the workforce via email notices, posts to internal company portals or holding meetings to answer questions or concerns.
- Helping employees with work-related issues including but not limited to sexual harassment, discrimination, and other complaints
- Keep personal internet and cell phone usage to a minimum during work hours. Should be on time for work ensures operations run smoothly.

Required:
- 1-2 years of HR related activities coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook preferred
- Experience working with multiple teams
- Experience with Onboarding & Offboarding employees
