Are you looking for a Seasonal Opportunity at Aqua? We are currently hiring for a full time Records Management Seasonal / Intern Clerk available from May through August. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • You will support our records management team in organizing, scanning, recording and filing key documents according to our records policy. 

  • In addition you will support day to day with associated administrative tasks.

  • Assists with other tasks or projects as assigned.  

  • Pay Rate $15.00/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid driver’s license

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Familiarity with computers and work systems such as Microsoft office suite

  • SAP and intermediate Excel experience preferable

  • Excellent administrative, written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely, and professionally) with customers and internal staff.

  • Records management experience or an interest in this field would be desired.  

  • Ability to work independently and to complete daily activities according to work schedules

  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multi-tasking environment

Working conditions may include travel to work sites of Essential Utilities and/or other constituents.
