Swim Instructor Job Description:
- Teach Aqua-Tots Curriculum to kids of all ages and abilities starting at 4 months old
- We are willing to train ANYONE! The only thing required is an eagerness to learn, a friendly demeanor and an enjoyment/love for children
- Provide instructive feedback to parents, children, and peers
- Recognize and understand progression and level of swimming ability
- On-going training and growth through teaching assessments
- Complete student skill assessments
- Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift
- Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
