Water Safety Instructor (WSI) - Swim Instructor Job Description:

• Teach Aqua-Tots Curriculum to kids of all ages and abilities starting at 4 months old
• We are willing to train ANYONE! The only thing required is an eagerness to learn, a friendly demeanor and an enjoyment/love for children
• Provide instructive feedback to parents, children, and peers
• Recognize and understand progression and level of swimming ability
• On-going training and growth through teaching assessments
• Complete student skill assessments
• Clean and maintain pool areas before and after each shift
• Attend staff meetings and regular in-service training
