Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of site management and installation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of installation subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead and mentor a team of site managers, supervisors, and installation technicians.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring project and company needs and expectations are met.
  • Serve as support and sounding board to VP Operations for project estimates and resource planning.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  • Manage client escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
  • Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Foster a zero harm culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost control.
  • Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
  • Prepare comprehensive departmental and / or project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in site management, installations, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing subcontractor relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • The ability to travel between 25% and 50% to project sites.
  • Compensation :

  • 150,000 to $190,000 annual salary, depending on experience.
  • 15% bonus opportunity.

  • Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
