Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of site management and installation projects from initiation to completion.
- Oversee the selection, negotiation, and management of installation subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Lead and mentor a team of site managers, supervisors, and installation technicians.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, ensuring project and company needs and expectations are met.
- Serve as support and sounding board to VP Operations for project estimates and resource planning.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Manage client escalations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Develop and maintain safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any issues promptly.
- Foster a zero harm culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and cost control.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Prepare comprehensive departmental and / or project reports, including progress updates, financial status, and risk assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
