A. R. Building Company, a national apartment real estate company, is seeking an experienced, energetic Property Manager for Nonesuch River Apartments, a luxury apartment community consisting of 1 and 2 bedroom units located in Scarborough, ME. Once complete, there will be 120 units at this beautiful property.
This property requires an energetic, experienced, self-motivated, Lease Up Property Manager, who knows the area and demographics of Scarborough, ME and will lease this wonderful community to 100%. Great work location, close to shopping and dining and is only 10 minutes from downtown Portland.
The Property Manager position oversees all operations of the property including, but not limited to, marketing, leasing, resident relations, property inspections, supervising maintenance, and budgeting.
Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, self motivated and dependable and must be proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office. Proficiency with RealPage/OneSite software a plus. 5 or more years experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
