We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join our team supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Special Operations Forces (SOF) Training Support Branch (SOFTSB). This key leadership position will coordinate complex operational activities, synchronize information flows across multiple stakeholders, and manage an extensive portfolio of exercises and training events. The Integration Manager will serve as the nexus for communication efforts, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and leadership.
Offer is contingent upon contract award.
Integration Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and synchronize information across multiple operational units and support elements
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive tracking systems for a diverse portfolio of exercises and training events
- Manage communication flows between operational teams, support staff, and leadership
- Work directly with Exercise Planners and Manager of Part-Time Personnel to identify staffing requirements and optimize resource allocation
- Monitor progress against operational timelines and ensure all exercise and training requirements are fulfilled
- Identify potential challenges and develop proactive solutions to complex operational problems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation using systems management tools
- Provide regular status updates and prepare briefings for leadership and stakeholders
Integration Manager Required Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces OR 16-18 years experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational challenges in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in JELC (Joint Engagement Life Cycle) framework, with proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination ensuring continuity and visibility throughout all project phases
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with systems management tools (Microsoft Project, Excel, or similar tracking systems)
- Experience creating and maintaining complex action trackers and operational schedules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel as required to support exercise and training events
Integration Manager Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience supporting Special Operations Forces
- Previous experience as an operational planner or coordinator
- Familiarity with Joint Special Operations doctrine and processes
- Experience with classified information systems and protocols
- Background in exercise design and implementation
- Demonstrated leadership experience in military or contractor roles
Integration Manager Physical Qualifications:
- Ability to work in an office environment with standard equipment
- May require periods of extended computer use
- Occasional travel to field locations for exercises and training events
