We are seeking a Hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations and tenant improvements for our commercial property portfolio and manage a small maintenance team. This role requires management skills, technical and troubleshooting expertise to ensure our properties are safe and well-maintained.
Must live in San Francisco, or surrounding Area.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Manage all maintenance activities across properties
- Manage tenant improvement projects
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff
- Ability to work hands-on when necessary
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget
- Maintain records of maintenance activities
- Find vendors and subcontractors and coordinate with management on selection
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Experience in the building trades
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
