Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and serving of meals in accordance with production plans.
- Supervise a team of inmates and/or staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service.
- Manage inventory levels and requisition orders as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of food prep or related work experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and supervise inmates and/or team members to attain quality and quantity of food production in a correctional work environment.
- Must be able to obtain a food safety certification.
