We seek an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team. The ideal candidate will set goals, implement standards, and ensure their team follows them. This role involves sharing on-call coverage, supporting ARP implementation, and succession planning within areas of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Conduct meetings, coach technicians, involve teams in decision-making, and provide daily leadership to the maintenance team.
- Personnel Development: Assess business needs, develop personal development plans, establish clear expectations for maintenance employees, and ensure accountability.
- Facility Support: Maintain high levels of reliability on plant equipment and systems, track downtime, participate in planning meetings, manage capital projects, oversee electrical work, and ensure code compliance.
- Safety: Lead safety improvements, prevent incidents, promote electrical safety practices, and participate in BBS initiatives.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven ability to lead people in various maintenance activities.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Familiarity with SAP is a benefit.
- Effective written, oral, and listening skills.
- Electrical License, with preference given to supervisory electrical licenses (Reciprocal states also apply)
