About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Resiliency LLC. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical department, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of electricians, apprentices, and other personnel to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and maintain safety documents and logs to ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety policies.
- Manage employee health and safety through training, observations, and assessments.
- Ensure operating standards are communicated and maintained throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Valid Supervising Journeyman Electrician License.
- 3 years' experience managing 10 or more employees across multiple locations.
- OR 2 years of electrical experience with WillScot.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to effectively communicate with vendors and customers.
- Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
