Description : Building Maintenance Technician 2 Plum, PA $23-25 per hour
Arbors Management currently has an opening for a Building Maintenance Technician located in Plum, PA. This is a skilled position for a person with plumbing, electrical, carpentry and custodial experience. If you enjoy working with your hands and doing something different every day, we encourage you to apply.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week. Some overtime will be required as well as on-call hours for emergency repairs. On-call time is split with another Maintenance employee. Pay is based on experience. A full suite of benefits is available including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
Skills needed to be successful as the Building Maintenance Technician 2 include :
- Advanced plumbing skills (Toilets, drains, stacks, soldering, hot water tanks, etc.)
- Intermediate electrical skills (switches, fixtures, outlets, breakers, troubleshooting)
- Interior and exterior painting experience
- Drywall hanging and repair experience
- Ability to handle custodial duties, trash and groundskeeping
- Able to indirectly oversee another maintenance technician
