- Responsible for oversight of operations of BARC Housing.
- Must have a functional understanding of all related contracts, policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance with such and implements effective and efficient systems, processes, policies, and procedures to ensure such.
- Ensures high quality person centered services by monitoring service and support delivery.
- Oversees personnel management activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements and team and staff development activities.
- Ensures fiscal integrity of division by managing and monitoring department budgets in accordance with sound and responsible practices.
- Engages in the implementation of disaster preparedness and evacuation process.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology , Social Work, Education, Human Service Administration or related field required.
- 4 years of related experience as a Housing Administrator for people with developmental/intellectual disabilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office required-Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).
- Valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Must be 21 years old or older.
