  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (previously DBO) escrow office
  • Able to package openings and closings, order demands, HOA and insurance, work with real estate brokerages and agents in high-stress and fast paced environment
  • Prepare estimated closing statements from lender's closing disclosure (CDs)
  • Respond to lenders with their needs

Proficient with RBJ software
