Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and detail-oriented Showroom Ambassador / Social Media Assistant to serve as the face of our showroom and assist with social media content creation. This position is key to creating an inviting atmosphere for clients, maintaining the showroom environment, and supporting social media efforts to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet all visitors and clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
- Showroom Management: Prepare and maintain the showroom each day, ensuring displays are fresh, organized, and the ambiance aligns with brand standards.
- Reception Duties: Answer phones, manage mail distribution, and order supplies as needed.
- Client Support: Assist with greeting design clients and preparing for design presentations. Answer inquiries about services and schedule design consultations.
- Sales Support: Complete sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Social Media Assistance: Help create, curate, and organize social media content. Maintain an updated content library and assist with social media posts to promote the brand.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of retail experience.
- 2 years of experience with social media content creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify.
- Background in design or interior design.
