Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Norcross, GA
Job Type: Full Time (Salaried)/On-Site Position
Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator provides essential administrative support to the sales team, focusing on tasks including maintaining customer database, ensuring timely deliverables and handling data reports for sales meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Facilitating cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams
- Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Identifying and resolving any problems during the communication process with the Sales team, Company leaders and customers
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system * Responding to customer inquiries, questions and complaints * Resolving issues and providing satisfactory solutions
- Preparing reports and documents related to sales activities * May be involved in preparing presentations or proposals
- May assist with sales team meetings and events
Experience/Qualifications:
· Must have at least 3 years of sales administration/business management experience
· Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our Norcross Main Office (Fully on-site position)
· Must be an active notary in the State of Georgia
· Must be possess current advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
· Relevant intermediate experience with Sales Force and CRM software
· Must be able to effectively communicate orally and written. Pays attention to details, problem solves, and meet deadlines
· Must be coachable and able to receive directives and feedback
· Must have exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
· Must be an individual and team contributor
· Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
· Successfully pass a pre-employment, criminal background check and drug screen
Training/Education:
· Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s degree in business, management, communications or a related field, preferred.
Physical Demands:
· Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, walk, sit, stand, push, carry and grasp.
