Job Description : Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Join our team as a Group Home Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the daytoday management of group home facilities ensuring the health safety and development of both residents and staff. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating a supportive and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Facility Management : Oversee the daily operations of assigned group homes ensuring overall health safety and development.
- Relationship Building : Create meaningful relationships with individuals served and implement personcentered support plans.
- Service Plan Implementation : Develop and implement individual service plans in collaboration with the team.
- Supervision : Independently supervise all functions of the group home including staff and residents.
- Scheduling : Schedule staff shifts and approve earned time ensuring adequate coverage.
- Community Engagement : Schedule and participate in various community outings with residents.
- Administrative Duties : Maintain group home facilities and perform necessary administrative tasks.
- Transportation : Transport individuals served to appointments and community activities.
- Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned.
