Summary:
The Guest Services position requires professionalism and service of excellence through every guest and co-worker interaction in addition to the loading, cleaning, staging and storing golf carts. This position is seasonal.
Responsibilities
- Stage carts in designated areas for use, performing multi-point inspection and addressing safety concerns
- Ensure each cart is properly stocked with appropriate materials - scorecard, sharp pencil, golf tees, etc.
- Load and remove bags from carts, returning Guests’ property to vehicle or a designated location per Guests’ request
- Maintain cleanliness and detailing of entire golf cart fleet
- Follow Lost & Found Protocol by labeling, dating and submitting all lost and found items to the Golf Shop
- Clean all Guests clubs before, during and most importantly after their round of golf
- Follow company policy/procedures for safe cart usage
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional temperament
- Ability to multi-task with ease
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to frequently reach, bend and stoop
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
