Performs quality document review activities in accordance with established procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
· Reviews, files, and maintains Quality Documentation.
· Scans Records into Epicor by job
· Administrative duties for QMS Doc control, Revisions, Doc numbers, Formatting.
o Forms
o SOP
o Work Instructions
o Archiving documents
· Maintains the work area in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed
safety regulations.
· Breaking down folders
· Making labels
· Helps develop and create job (PURPLE) folders.
· Responsible for assuring that assigned activities are performed in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Qualifications
· High School diploma or GED equivalent
· Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, due to contractual requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
· Familiar with FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO 13485 Standard.
