Key Job Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Communications and Marketing Support for Parishes: Provide comprehensive support including Flocknote template design and scheduling, weekly bulletin creation, Catholic-focused social media management, and monthly analytics review to enhance communication effectiveness and parish engagement.
- Marketing Project Coordination: Oversee key marketing initiatives including visual identity development, website migration and support (Wix), Flocknote, Canva, and Catholic social media platforms.
- Additional Responsibilities: Provide strategic marketing and communications support through resource recommendations, reporting, and regular collaboration with Archdiocesan staff; propose content and process improvements; and maintain strong communication with parish and school teams to ensure alignment with Archdiocesan goals.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2 years of hands-on marketing or communications experience.
- Proven track record of contributing to team success; experience in customer service, ministry, or missionary work is a plus.
- Skilled in marketing and communication functions, including branding, cohesive messaging, design principles, digital/print media, photo editing, and videography.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Maintains confidentiality, composure, and patience under pressure, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English-Spanish) proficiency in a professional setting is a plus.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft 365; experience with platforms like Wix, bulk email tools, and Adobe Rush is a plus.
