Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Job Summary
St. Peter Parish (St. Charles, MO) and St. Charles Borromeo Parish are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to work at both parish offices. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
Job Responsibilities
- General phones and reception as needed
- Bulletins, Website & Facebook
- Working with families to schedule and coordinate funerals, mass requests and other sacraments as needed
- Work with computer programs including Servant Keeper, QuickBooks, Cemetery database, etc.
- Computer work, including mail merges, spreadsheets and databases
- As a representative of our Parish, projects professional and appropriate appearance, attitude and demeanor
