What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at Archer Capital?
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform office functions to process and submit applicants into underwriting, draw contract work and perform necessary steps with the bank to fund their transaction. In addition, you will be organize, market and publish to our social media channels to help drive customers into our sales channels. This is a new position opening due to growth.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Submit loan applications and supporting documents
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- File loan applications and supporting documentation
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Review and optimize marketing budget
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline oriented
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
