Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in analyzing product workflow, manpower forecasting, and manufacturing
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance
- Participate in capacity planning and forecasting for manufacturing loads.
- Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance, identify
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Leadership team to develop detailed work plans.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of facility layouts, including the arrangement of
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles
- Assist in the design and implementation of manufacturing aids and equipment
- Support the development of training materials and standard operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative aerospace company.
