- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction
- Develop preliminary designs into construction documents
- Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants
- Provide site and space planning for construction project managers
- Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants
- Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations)
- Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers
- Review project scope with construction project managers
- 5-7 years of architectural project management experience; open to varying experience levels depending on relevant project experience
- Experience with manufacturing, data centers, industrial facilities, clean rooms/lab spaces, warehouse or commercial projects are highly preferred
- Design/build experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
