JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our expanding business. In this role, you will be the liaison between our clients and our internal team members ensuring the needs of all are met while fostering strong relationships. You will play a crucial role in assisting with client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various projects within our organization. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze client requirements will be key to enhancing the overall client experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES–
- Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage client accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support account management efforts and drive customer satisfaction.
- Assist in project management tasks, coordinating with various team members to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues or requests.
REQUIREMENTS–
- Lover of Interior Design and Architecture
- 3 years of experience in sales or sales support in the luxury surfaces, kitchen and bath, home furnishings, lighting or building materials industries.
- Experience in project management and acting as a liaison between clients and internal team members
- Highly proficient in creating and managing data in spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Positive mindset and able to efficiently problem-solve tasks or challenges
- Proactive with sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks and time management
- Quick learner and ability to recall many details
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a sense of humor
- Associates Degree or Higher
PREFERRED–
- 1 years experience in tile, stone, and/or bath fittings.
- Experience Creating Mood boards or using Canva
- Reliable Transportation for sample drops
- Interior Design Graduate
