Job Summary:
ArchWellHealth is seeking a strong, operations-minded professional to join us as a Business Systems Analyst. We are a fast-paced, high-growth company, making it crucial to build and integrate our systems to support, organize, and automate the transferof employee data. This position will be responsible for owning a proactive, systems approachto the employee life cycle.They will be a strong collaborator and thought partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to gather requirements and oversee the buildof an accurate, automated, andintegrated network of systems.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and thoroughly understand what needs to be supported by information systems and technology
- Design and build a roadmap for how and where employee information existsin our various systems
- Manage and direct the process of integrating systems to allow for data extraction and automation
- Collaborate with IT to implement workflows that will provide a positive user experience
- Developclear communication plansabout system needs, implementations,and changes
- Act as a liaison with external vendors to push projects to completion
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Problem-solving mindset and systems approach to operations
- Understanding of information systems, data extraction, and integrations
- Ability to manage projects from requirement gathering to completion
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Impeccableorganizational skills, with strong attention to detail
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorsdegree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting business systems, operations, and/or project management
