We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Analyst for our Ferris, TX office to service Arcosa Aggregates - Texas Region.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Analyst to develop and manage our inside sales team and analyze sales data to improve our sales strategy. This position will play a crucial role in leading a team of sales representatives and utilizing data-driven insights for performance optimization.
Day to Day:
- Lead and manage the sales coordinators, customer service, and dispatch personnel.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance performance.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
- Development of Competitive Market Analysis reports.
- Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to ensure smooth transactions and coordination of efforts.
- Support Credit Department with development of applications, obtaining timely payments, and facilitating communications.
What you'll need:
- BS in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales analysis.
- Strong research and data mining skills.
- Projection and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
