We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Analyst for our Ferris, TX office to service Arcosa Aggregates - Texas Region.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager/Sales Analyst to develop and manage our inside sales team and analyze sales data to improve our sales strategy. This position will play a crucial role in leading a team of sales representatives and utilizing data-driven insights for performance optimization.

 

Day to Day:

  •  Lead and manage the sales coordinators, customer service, and dispatch personnel.
  •  Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  •  Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  •  Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance performance.
  •  Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
  •  Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  •  Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
  •  Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
  •  Development of Competitive Market Analysis reports.
  •  Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives to ensure smooth transactions and coordination of efforts.
  •  Support Credit Department with development of applications, obtaining timely payments, and facilitating communications.   

    What you'll need:

    •  BS in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field.
    •  Experience in sales analysis.
    •  Strong research and data mining skills.
    •  Projection and forecasting skills.
    •  Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
    •  Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite systems.
    •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    •  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
