REQUIREMENT
ARCTOS is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support the business and administer a portfolio of contracts and subcontracts. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and administering the lifecycle of ARCTOS' contracts which include both government and commercial contracts. This role involves the procurement, negotiation, and administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and contract requirements. Additionally, the Contracts Administrator will handle the lifecycle of subcontracting and government property management tasks, including the tracking, reporting, and disposition of government and company-acquired property.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary receiving point for contractual information between the Government Contracting Officer (CO), prime contractors and Arctos.
- Perform quality control review of contract documents, secure signatures and distribute to Government CO, prime contractor and Arctos personnel as appropriate.
- Track funding on contracts where Arctos is a subcontractor and prepare Limitation of Funds / Cost letters, as applicable.
- Administer and maintain post award contract files to include contract / subcontract documents, status of funding, and invoices.
- Coordinate report of inventions with subcontractors and supported programs (program manager); prepare final report of inventions.
- Administer and execute government property to include transfers and dispositions.
- Support purchase order efforts and credit card purchases, to include reconciliation, as required.
- Interface with Accounting, supported programs, and other customers.
- Sign contract modifications as authorized.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
