What are the responsibilities and job description for the Copy Of Regional Vice President - Multifamily Operations -North Central Region position at Arden Property Group Inc?
The Regional Vice President is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of multi-family housing communities (includes 55 blended market-rate / tax credit units) and their on-site teams. The RVP will work to ensure our teams are successful in maintaining both physical and financial occupancies, maintaining the curb appeal, and providing excellent customer service to our existing residents, prospective residents, vendors, and teammates. The RVP will be a core change agent and will work to develop and enhance our on-site teams’ performance while playing a key role in implementing operational efficiencies and various organizational initiatives. This is an in-office position in Appleton, WI.
