Are you an HR professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a strong, dynamic, business-savvy HR Business Partner to support our client’s manufacturing operations in Springfield, MA. This role will also oversee several remote locations through the US. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between leadership and employees, driving HR strategies that align with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Details :

  • Location : Springfield, MA
  • Travel : 30% (including potential international travel)
  • Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 annually
  • Benefits : Insurance starting day one

What You’ll Do :

  • Partner with manufacturing site leaders to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
  • Provide hands-on support to employees and leadership, balancing organizational goals with employee needs.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and help integrate independent sites into a cohesive system.
  • Engage with corporate HR while maintaining a strong local presence.

    • What You Bring :

  • A strong, bold, and confident demeanor that is balanced with approachability
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong business insight with the curiosity to understand operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and advocate effectively.
  • Ability to handle both in-person and remote HR functions.
