Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic HR advisor, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Support Latino Counseling Center’s growth and expansion, ensuring HR processes scale effectively.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent needs, and leadership development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace policies while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Promote a positive, mission-driven workplace culture by reinforcing company values.
- Lead performance management initiatives, coaching managers on feedback, career development, and employee growth.
- Support leadership in driving an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Assist with succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Oversee HR policies, ensuring they remain aligned with best practices and legal requirements, including HIPAA and mental health industry regulations.
- Partner with department leaders to streamline HR processes, improving efficiency and employee experience.
- Support compensation, benefits, and organizational design strategies that align with business needs.
- 3 years of HR experience with exposure to business partnership, employee relations, and talent development.
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or a mission-driven organization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.
